Adistar BYD shoes absorb shock, helping to lower the risk of overuse injuries. *Based on a study conducted by the Education and Research Department of the Isokinetic Medical Group, a Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Rehabilitation organization. In this study, 15 participants performed identical tests wearing both their own running shoes and Adistar BYD running shoes. The tests measured impact forces during repeated movements—such as jumps and sprints—to simulate the forces typically experienced while running.
